Blooming Bee ABA was founded by Andrea Richardson, BCBA, with the mission of providing compassionate, high-quality applied behavior analysis services to children and their families in West Tennessee. We believe early intervention, strong family partnerships, and individualized care lead to the best outcomes.

About the Founder

Andrea Richardson, MS, BCBA, LBA is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, mother of 3, wife, daughter, sister, and the founder of Blooming Bee ABA. She has been serving the field since 2015 with experience providing ABA therapy in schools, homes, clinics, and in the community. Andrea earned an undergraduate degree in psychology and continued graduate studies at the university of Memphis where she earned a masters of science degree and completed the program for ABA. She is passionate about family-centered care and empowering parents/caregivers with practical strategies to support their loved one's growth.
